The World Down Syndrome Day celebrated by an African American community.

African American Down Syndrome Family is affiliated to a bigger organization, The Greater Cincinnati Down Syndrome Association who branch from the Down Syndrome Association present around the United States of America. Every year African American Down Syndrome Association, who as the name suggest are inclusive of several people of Black community caring for their Down Syndrome loved ones. In the article written for the Cincinnati Herald, members of African American Family Network talk about the experiences that brought them together, and educating us on the topic of Down Syndrome. On 21 March, they celebrated The Down Syndrome day, but unlike previous years the ongoing Covid19 Pandemic made them select a different approach this year. The circumstances made them sad, but didn't hamper their spirits certainly.
